ตามที่ ขอให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงและพิจารณาดำเนินการตามอำนาจ หน้าที่ กรณี โรงเรียนอนุบาลในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตหลายแห่งประกอบกิจการสถานศึกษาไม่ได้รับใบอนุญาต ซึ่งเป็นการกระทำผิดกฎหมาย นั้น
จังหวัดภูเก็ต ได้แจ้งให้สำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดภูเก็ด ครวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงและพิจารณา ดำเนินการตามอำนาจหน้าที่แล้ว
